I offer personalised tailored yoga classes to suit your unique needs.

You may wish to learn and adopt a practice that you can practice yourself, or you may wish to familiarise yourself with Yoga practices before you go deeper. 

Whatever your needs, with my background in Ashtanga Vinyasa to Yin Yoga, and ten years of Self Practice, I would be honoured to guide you.
